Autumn Cardinal

Don't you just love this cardinal?  I used him last year for some of my Christmas cards.  Please don't think this cardinal is just a Christmas stamp.  He is very versatile and can be used for all seasons.

Card Recipe:
Stamps:  A Cardinal Christmas
Paper:  Mustard, Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Very Vanilla
Ink:  StazOn Black, More Mustard & Old Olive Markers, Prismacolor Markers in Goldenrod, Cherry, Mahogany, Mocha Light & Cool Grey 50%, Distressed Antique Linen 
Accessories:  Best Occasions Gold Metal Dots, Spiced Cider Shimmerz Paint, Nesties Small & Large Petite Ovals
Techniques:  Sponging, Blender Pen

    To answer the question you asked on my blog - Ink would be temporary, henna is made from a plant and creates a semi permanent image. The stain penetrates your skin and lasts for up to 6 weeks. they used to color hair with it.
