Purple Echinacea

I couldn't resist picking another purple Echinacea.  This one was just soaking up the sun as it reached for the sky.  The perfect flower to represent summer.

 
I think I'm suffering from the 'Monday Blues'.  I just couldn't wait to get home today from work.  Even though I had no problems getting up this morning I just wasn't in the right frame of mind.  Does that ever happen to you?

This photo was edited with the Florabella Collection using a French Kiss Tableaux Texture.  Photoshop French Script & Vintage French Brushes also by French Kiss.

    I love how the photo came out with your editing. I'm not familiar with that software. The flower sure is pretty. Hope you are feeling better now.

    This is really beautiful, Donna, and I love the jigsaw puzzle!
    Yup, I definitely know about these days.
    It usually happens when I'm working on something special at home, and would much rather be there than at work.

    Cone flowers are one of my absolute favorites and your shots and editing is awesome....

    I think we all suffer from Monday blues once in a while....you are not alone...

    Monday Blues - a very common affliction - sometimes lasts for 4days. Your flower is beautiful and the puzzle is really cool.

    Hi Donna ~ my favorite flower is the cone flower, but sometimes my mind goes blank and I call them pine cones! LOL! Your photo is gorgeous, especially with the editing. Love anything purple!
