Vee's Notecard Party - March

It's time once again for Vee's Notecard party.  Each month we select four photographs from our blog that are notecard worthy.  This month I have selected some of my favorite "snowy friends" to share with you.

Nutmeg is always looking pretty ...

This little tufted titmouse doesn't have a care in the world ...

A male cardinal sporting his brilliant red plumage!

A Cooper's Hawk spotted in the backyard.  My first time viewing such a pretty raptor.

Here's the box cover for my March notecards.

Have you been doing any bird watching lately?

Please drop by A Haven for Vee to visit more notecard photos.  I'm also linking with Mary at Little Red House for Mosaic Monday and joining Wild Bird Wednesday.

  6. beautiful pictures! I see these, except the hawk, every day outside my kitchen window. The squirrels eat all my bird food, but they are still pretty cute!

  7. They look just like March, too! I don't see many birds at my home (plenty of squirrels, though) and I have never seen a hawk.

If you have any more troubles with Mr. Linky, let me know.
    Thanks for participating!

  8. Plenty of the first three in my garden too but we have never seen a Cooper's hawk, just the Red-tailed hawks which visit now and then (and hopefully have decimated the hungry little voles who eat the roots of our plants).

Lovely shots Donna - and your blog is very pretty.

    Happy day - Mary

  16. Great photos of your feathery and furry friends, they'd make lovely notecards. The cardinal is spectacular. We have a pair in the neighbourhood but they don't seem to care for my backyard.

  24. Beautiful photos you have chosen. Great to see a cardinal, as they don't seem to be in central MT. Have seen a Cooper's Hawk in our backyard a few times. Don't like them-they scare the other birds away. Birds are currently migrating. Big Tundra swans down on the Mighty Mo.
