ReplyDeletebeautiful pictures! I see these, except the hawk, every day outside my kitchen window. The squirrels eat all my bird food, but they are still pretty cute!
ReplyDeleteThey look just like March, too! I don't see many birds at my home (plenty of squirrels, though) and I have never seen a hawk.

ReplyDeletePlenty of the first three in my garden too but we have never seen a Cooper's hawk, just the Red-tailed hawks which visit now and then (and hopefully have decimated the hungry little voles who eat the roots of our plants).

Donna, I enjoyed seeing your furry and feathered friends. I know the squirrels and birds supply me with a lot of fun and occasional excitement like your Cooper's Hawk!

ReplyDeleteGreat photos of your feathery and furry friends, they'd make lovely notecards. The cardinal is spectacular. We have a pair in the neighbourhood but they don't seem to care for my backyard.

Beautiful photos you have chosen. Great to see a cardinal, as they don't seem to be in central MT. Have seen a Cooper's Hawk in our backyard a few times. Don't like them-they scare the other birds away. Birds are currently migrating. Big Tundra swans down on the Mighty Mo.
