A Merry Christmas

Hi everyone!

I can't believe how quickly Christmas is approaching!  I have been busy finishing up my shopping and hope to put up our Christmas tree this weekend.  The outside of our home is decorated and looking quite festive.

I found a little time to stamp and was glad to ink up the Bells & Boughs set.

I started by stamping the poinsettias and greens in StazOn Black on a piece of Shimmery White paper, which was cut from a Spellbinders Labels Nine #6 die.  Using Prismacolor pencils and gamsol I colored the image.  I stamped A Merry Christmas at the bottom in VersaMark and embossed it with gold embossing powder and a heat gun.  The image was popped from a piece of Deck the Halls Designer Paper, which was mounted to a piece of Cherry Cobbler.

I added the Offray 1/4" metallic gold ribbon and some Kaiser rhinestones in wine.  Everything was mounted to a Soiree petal shimmer card

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Here is a close up of the image.

Hi Donna
Always amazes me how a bit of bling can make a card look that much better. I like the layering you did for this card.
