Crazy for Feverfew

I hope your week is off to a great start!  A couple of years ago Athena from Minerva's Garden introduced me to Feverfew.  I just fell in love with the dainty daisy-like flowers on this herb, which is part of the Tanacetum family.

The blooms are long lasting and cheery :-)

Frilly foliage gets an A+ in my book.

However, there is one small catch ... they will reseed like crazy!

Since I'm a northern gardener I'm not too worried about it.  I will weed a few out and leave the rest to germinate.  There is plenty of room for them to spread.  Do you have any Feverfew in your garden?

Today I am joining ...

Cottage Style Party @ Lavender Garden Cottage
Outdoor Wednesday @ A Southern Daydreamer

That's a cute flower. I'm not familiar with it. Sounds like it's easy enough to grow!

I didn't think I had any, but now I know I do!! :-)
We have an entire field of these near the pond at House #2. I just thought they were some kind of daisy!

Thank You for Your sweet comments on My two post's.I was so surprised this evening when dropping by and found someone else loves Feverfew. About 10 years ago I found it in My garden.I love shaking it about and watching it pop up everywhere.I did some fun research on it too.It may have some antiseptic qualities and lore attached to it.Denise
