Share the Message 2014 Giveaway ...

Hi everyone,

October is 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month'.  It's hard to miss the color of pink everywhere standing for hope and strength.  Together I hope we can make a difference and spread the word about the importance of mammography and early detection.

For the past several years I have been hosting a giveaway to promote breast cancer awareness month.  This year I will be giving away 8 brand new Longaberger Horizon of Hope pink ribbon totes.  Each tote measures 12" long x 1.5" wide x 9" high.  The straps have a 9" drop.  Inside is lined in satin and has 2 slip pockets.  A portion of the proceeds from these totes was donated to the American Cancer Society.

If you know someone that is living with breast cancer, having chemotherapy or radiation treatments and could use a little encouragement fill your bag with bath salts, hard candies, lotion, a book, note cards - anything to put a smile on their face.

All you need to do to enter the drawing is be a follower of Donna's Designs and leave a comment on this post by Saturday, October 11, 2014.

I will select the winners on Sunday, October 12, 2014 using random.org and will give the winners 48 hours to contact me via email.

Please spread the word to your family and friends about October being 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month'.  I am proud to display my pink ribbon, which was created by the very talented Karen Valentine.

Good luck and thank you for joining this cause, which I am so passionate about.

How sweet are you?! My mother-in-law is a breast cancer survivor and I always admire her for all that she went through and continues to endure!

My childhood friend died from breast cancer and I try to get involved when I can. You are doing a very nice thing having the giveway for this terrible disease.

Thank you, Donna. I also posted yesterday on my blog reminding everybody of the importance of mammograms and monthly exams. It's an ugly disease. I'm so happy to see you bringing awareness, too. I'd love to fill a bag!

Beautiful tote. You're so generous. I haven't visited for ages but as usual enjoy very much looking at your photos. I have volunteered for the Koman Race for the Cure for the past 13 years. We all need to get involved for breast cancer research. Thanks for your part!
