Accordion Fold Scripture Booklet

Hello friends,

I have a project to share with you that I created quite a while ago.  My friend Rita had sent me a gorgeous booklet last year, and I was so inspired by it I wanted to try and make one myself.

The pretty papers are Studio Miki's Venezia papers by Microferk Designs.  They were cut using the Spellbinders Mega Curved Rectangles #3 & #4 dies.  SU's Apothecary Art set with matching labels framelits were used to decorate the cover.  The image was stamped in StazOn Stone Gray.  Various markers were used to color the flowers and leaves.  Kaiser pears finish off each blossom.

Rather than use ribbon I decided on a piece of orchid seam binding from Bluebird Lane.  I really like how it all came together.

Have you been working on any projects lately?

I always enjoy your visits and can't wait to hear what you think of my booklet.

Today I am joining ...
