Hi blogging friends,
It has been a bit nippy here in the Northeast. Right now it's 3 degrees ... brrrr! How about in your neck of the woods? I have a project to share using the wonderful Stampendous Snow Bird image.
This adorable image was stamped in StazOn Black ink on Shimmery White paper and colored with Prismacolor pencils. A touch of Crystal Effects brings the berries to life. The branches were accented with my DecoArt glistening snow writer. The scene was popped up with dimensional foam squares onto a Spellbinders Labels One #6.
A triple loop bow finishes the card. I wanted to keep things simple and let the Snow Bird sparkle.
The inside sentiment was stamped in Baja Breeze and embossed with clear embossing powder. A snowflake was punched from Studio G paper and spritzed with Tsukineko Sheer Frost Shimmer.
I hope you are having a fabulous week! Cheops has been curled up in front of the fireplace - I'm going to join him soon. Sending warm winter wishes to all of you ...

Hi Donna,
Love that lil bird, that is just the most adorable thing. You did a beautiful job on that card, it is really pretty.........
We went to freezing last night, but that seems like nothing compared to
what everyone else's temps. Think we are gonna be warmer tomorrow already, just checked, it will be
a high of 67 tomorrow. I was really enjoying the weather myself, but that is Florida, we have some cold days here and there and then we get some warm days.
Can't complain tho........hope
you don't lose power or anything,
praying for everyone in these frigid temps. Must be global warming, right! lol
Well, take care and hope you are have a Beautiful New Year!
blessings, Nellie
What a beautiful card, Donna!
Horribly cold here too, but we never got all the wind that we were supposed to get today. Thank goodness.
Stay warm and safe.
He is a sweet little fellow.
Merle.........
Happy New Year, Donna! Your little birdie card is very sweet. I love anything with a birdie on it and if it sparkles, even better. Hope this new year brings you lots of joy.
Blessings,
Sandi
Such a sweet card! The bird is so cute. My cats love it when the fireplace is on. It's been pretty darn cold here and I'm so glad to know that this arctic blast will be moving on. Stay warm, and Happy New Year!
Such a pretty and cheerful little bird! The card is so pretty! We are very cold here too, warming days are ahead though!

Donna the images you come with are so gorgeous. I am loving this little bird!!! I am just thankful we don't have to deal with what other parts of the country are dealing with but I will tell you our pups are not happy campers right now. Stay warm.

I love this bird image, Donna--so cute. Hope it warms up for you--it's grey and rainy and actually fairly warm here as of late.
That is a beautiful card with beautiful little birdy. It is nice and warm here just hoping we will get some rain.
This is beautiful Donna.
Lovely little bird - but he looks cold!
Nice! Have you been seeing all the new products at the CHI show in California? It's been so exciting. We've had a little break from the weather but more snow is on its way. Have a great day.
Lovely card - and those bright red berries are just the spot of color it needs!

Love the color combinations! This reminds me of some trees (or bushes?) outside my last home. They were stunning in the winter. Great work!
Beautiful card Donna!
Beautiful card and coloring.
